Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

We use a third-party delivery service. If you have a high-value order, we highly recommend opting in for insurance, as we cannot guarantee that the courier company will cover the total value of the order if the parcel gets damaged or hijacked during transit.

 

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been processed with the courier company, your tracking number will be sent to you directly from them.
• You can track your parcel at The Courier Guy Tracking.
• Please allow a few hours for tracking to become available, as couriers may take time to update their system.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM.
• Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday or Friday will only be delivered from the following Monday.
• The courier company does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Courier Services

We offer the following courier options:

• Overnight Courier: Expect delivery within 1-2 business days at most.
• Road Freight: Delivery within 2-3 working days. Transit times may vary by major center.

 

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts:

• Re-delivery fees may apply.

• Your order may be cancelled and refunded (minus shipping costs).
