Nope! But creating one makes reordering (or tracking your secret stash) a breeze.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP THAT I CAN VISIT?
We are an online only e-commerce retailer. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse to customers. We are not open to the public.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL?
All orders must be placed online through our website. We cannot process an order over the phone or by email, unless there are any unforseen technical issues we will require you to contact us via Email.
WILL MY ORDER BE DISCREET?
Absolutely. We know some pleasures are best kept private. All orders from Kinky Pleasures are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no hints, just a boring ol’ box (the only boring thing we do). Your secret’s safe with us.
Payments...But oh so worth it
What will it say on my Bank statement?
We get it — your bank doesn’t need to know your business. Charges will appear as KP Online Sales or something equally vague. No blush-worthy surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
Direct deposit & EFT. Payflex Will be available soon! Cause We’re into that too
Can I pay in installments?
Absolutely! You will soon have the option to select payment through PAYFLEX, you may be required to create an account which is quick & easy, you will then be guided by the steps they provide & payment plans tailored for you.

Are there any other taxes and duties that will affect my final price?
